By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

All product images are for reference only. Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting or batch differences.
Prices listed are final and inclusive of applicable VAT and other taxes.
Product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful order placement and verification.
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
Please ensure you are available at the delivery location with the correct amount during delivery.
We are actively working on integrating secure online payment gateways, which will be available soon.
Zayraspot reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.

We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of successful payment.
Estimated delivery depends on your municipality and district:
- 📍 Kathmandu Valley: Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days
- 📍 Mahottari, Dhanusha, Sarlahi: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days
- ⚠️ Remote or farther municipalities may experience slight delays.
Delivery updates will be shared via email or SMS once dispatched.
In case of backordered items, delivery may take 3 days longer than estimated.
We currently deliver across Kathmandu Valley & Madhesh Pradesh, focusing on:
- All inside Kathmandu, Lalitpur & Bhaktpur Districts
- Mahottari (e.g., Jaleshwor, Matihani, Gaushala, Loharpatti)
- Dhanusha (e.g., Janakpur, Kamala, Mithila, Aurahi)
- Sarlahi (e.g., Malangwa, Haripurwa)

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, only if the item is:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Damaged or defective upon delivery
Refunds will be processed only after product verification.

If your item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please contact our support within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We may request photo evidence for damaged items to process a return or refund.
